Does Siam Retreat provide health fund rebates?
At Siam Retreat, we provide authentic Thai massage services. Thus we don't have any support for those that want to claim health fund rebates.
We are professionals in Thai massage, so we do not have the provider number to claim health fund rebates.
Does Siam Retreat offer gift vouchers?
Yes, we do! We've made it very easy for anyone to get themselves or their loved ones a gift voucher. You can get one directly on our site online or at any of our three locations. Keep in mind that Siam Retreat gift vouchers are only valid for 36 months.
Does Siam Retreat offer Private Couple Rooms?
We are happy to provide intimate and cozy couple's rooms at all of our Siam Retreat Locations. Since many couples wish to experience traditional Thai massage together, it can get booked frequently. So please check with us and book in advance.
How many people can Siam Retreat accommodate in a massage room?
For each room, we can accommodate a maximum of two (2) people per room. This is to ensure that everyone is able to relax and enjoy their massage.
Does Siam Retreat offer Group bookings?
We are happy to serve large groups. This is also possible in any of our Siam Retreat locations. You want to contact the specific area where you want to handle the group booking. Because of the group size, we require a 50% deposit upfront if you wish to secure and confirm your traditional Thai treatments.
Does Siam Retreat offer massages to women who are pregnant?
Yes, we do, and in fact, there are specialized authentic Thai massages that are catered for those who are pregnant. However, please do inform our reception staff so we can recommend softer treatments to ensure that you're relaxed and the baby stays relaxed as well. While we commonly refer to either facial treatments or aromatherapy massages, feel free to reach out to us for a full recommendation list.
Are there any age restrictions for getting treatment at Siam Massage?
No, there aren't, but children under 18 years of age must be accompanied and supervised by their guardians.
Does Siam Retreat provide any male massage therapists?
No, we do not. We keep to more traditional Thai massage methods and only retain female massage therapists at all our locations.
Do I have to bring any spare clothing for spa treatments?
Everything you will need we provide, especially disposable underwear for Thai massage treatments. You are still able to bring a spare set of lingerie or a bikini.
What type of oil products are used in the Siam Retreat?
All of our massage oils are made in Australia. The primary ingredients in our oils are sunflower seed oil, rice bran oil and coconut glycerides. So our massage oil is an Australian-made product.
